At Bark, we believe in building relationships between groomers and clients. Each timeslot that you book is dedicated to you and your pet.  Our groomers work on commission and each timeslot is valuable to our staff.   

Late Fees

We understand that sometimes you may be late to drop off or pick up your dog due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or bad weather. We kindly ask that you call us if you are running late.

For drop off, please let us know if you are running late.

Late fees may apply to those over 10 minutes late and appointments may be cancelled if over 15 minutes late.

For pick up, please let us know if you are running late. We offer a 30 minute window, after that, there will be a $15 charge for every 15 minutes late. 

No Show Fees

Emergencies, scheduling changes in our personal lives, etc.. happens to all of us at some point. We do ask you to respect your appointment and if you are unable to make it to your appointment to give us notice. Our groomers work on commission and as a result, they may lose income for that timeslot booked for you if they cannot fill it last minute.

No Show Fees for December

Please note that since December is the busiest time of the year and time slots are valuable, the fees are as follows:

New Clients:

First no show - you will no longer be able to book with us.

Returning Clients:

 

First no show - $50 will be added to next appointment

 

Second no show - 75% deposit will be required to book next appointment

Third no show - you will no longer be permitted to book with us

New Clients

No show on first appointment - 50% deposit will be required before we book your next appointment.

Second no show - you will no longer be permitted to book an appointment at Bark

Regular Clients

First no show - $20 will be added to your next appointment

Second no show - 50% deposit will be required to book your next appointment

Third no show - you will no longer be permitted to book an appointment at Bark
