Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment and have to cancel, please let us know atleast 12 hours in advance so our groomers are able to fill in their time slot(s).
A cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment for cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Fees
First time cancellation (less than 12 hours notice) - $20 per pet added to next appointment
Second time - $40 added pet pet to next appointment
Third time or more - $50 deposit required in order to book. We also reserve the right to deny booking.
